The service contract includes a selected number of working hours and automatically ends with the use of the last hour. Renewal does not take place automatically – you decide whether or not to commission a new quota after consumption. The service request is made during business hours by telephone (+352 27 67 67 67) or by e-mail (helpdesk@cmd.solutions). CMD Solutions ensures a response time of up to eight hours (24 hours for on-site interventions) after full identification of the problem and during business hours. Business hours are Mon – Fri 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Luxembourg holidays apply. Long-distance missions are booked in units of 15min. on-site assignments in units of 30min. Journey times are charged at a flat rate of 30min/ stake. Each intervention is documented by an SAV, which includes duration and essential work. The hours must be consumed within 12 months. Hours not used will be lost.
